Nina Kazé is an actress, musician and owner of "Cherry Pick Vintage" boutique, in Los Angeles, California.
An award winning indie filmmaker, her short film “Princess of Nowhere”, is a controversial music video sang live and recorded raw in Farsi. The film has gained the attention of some festivals and has been accepted, screened and nominated & won a variety of awards.
Based in Los Angeles, NINA lived all over the world including Tehran, Moscow, London and Toronto before moving to LA where she has acted in film and on the stage.
Her former band, "The British Accent," reached number 14 on the charts on "RML" radio in Lebanon, based on public request. When a friend of NINA's moved from LA to Lebanon, he took one of her CDs. Weeks later, he called to let her know her song, "Forgotten," was a hit on the biggest Lebanese radio station alongside Madonna and Beyonce. When "Forgotten" made its way back to the US, it reached number 1 on 365 live.
Now a solo artist, NINA has spent the last few years operating her boutique "CHERRY PICK VINTAGE" in the heart of Los Feliz, Los Angeles in addition to writing a catalog of songs.
